Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will be responsible for completing construction and engineering tasks by organizing and controlling all elements of a project. This person should have a firm grasp of both engineering skills and time and management skills. They will support the Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating, and Accounting department. Assist with project schedules, submittals, Requests for Information, etc.

Superintendent

APEX is looking for qualified, experienced construction superintendent to oversee the operations of our construction sites. This professional will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Marketing Coordinator

APEX is continuing to build great projects and we need a Marketing Coordinator to help communicate that growth. This position is responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies, also help planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and advertising activities in order to improve the brand’s image and increase client engagement.

Project Managers

APEX has an immediate need for a seasoned Project Management professionals with experience in building, living, learning, and municipal facilities. This person will provide management oversight for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget.
