The Napleton Group contracted Apex to perform general contractor services for the renovation and upgrades at River Oaks Hyundai dealership.  This gut renovation included offices, showroom, bathrooms, common area, service lobby, showroom lobby, fixtures. The interior scope included plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and finishes. The exterior improvements included masonry, painting, parking lot, exterior façade improvement and tuckpointing.
