Affordable Housing renovation for the Chicago Housing Authority. Scope of work was defined under Life Safety and ADA upgrades which included unit renovations, exterior site work, accessible parking spaces and upgrades to the lobby, common space and corridors. Scope included electrical, plumbing, fixtures, doors and hardware, alarm and fire systems, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
