Apex performed design-build services for the renovation of the Giordano’s Pizzeria in Lincolnwood. The project scope called for interior and exterior renovation of the pizzeria. The renovation scope also included sewer service upgrade, carpentry, demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior finishes, installation of commercial appliances, exterior masonry and roof repairs, parking pavement refinishing, new sidewalks and water service installation.
