Gut Renovation

APEX performed preconstruction and design-build services for the 6100 N. Pulaski office. This gut renovation included a complete gut of the interior space. Reconfiguration and construction of the office space, kitchens, and bathrooms. The interior scope included buildout of  (7) offices, central cubical area, lobby area, front desk area, kitchen, conference room, and bathrooms. Scope trades included carpentry, finishes, cabinetry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, doors and windows, roofing, parking lot pavement, and tuckpointing.
