Apex completed a 5-story adaptive-reuse project located at 1030 N Clark. The interior scope included adaptive-reuse renovation that consisted of two office build outs including a real estate office, a medical office, daycare buildout, renovation of a health club, lobby, and elevator repairs. Exterior renovation of the 5-story building included façade repairs, parking garage renovation, masonry, tuckpointing, waterproofing, and water damage repair
